Meet Charles – Contracts & Commercial Manager

Charles Mitchell leads our Commercial Flooring division with a sharp focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Since joining Flooring Matters SW Ltd in 2022, he has overseen a wide range of projects across sectors including hospitality, retail, education, healthcare, and housing.

Highly qualified with an NVQ Level 3 in Construction Operations and a CSCS Gold Card, Charles also brings specialist expertise as an IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. With many years in the flooring industry, he is experienced in contract management, health and safety compliance, and operational improvement.

Charles plays a key role in managing tenders, delivering complex projects, and supporting our commitment to sustainable working practices, contributing to our recent recognition as CFJ Award winners for Sustainability and Overall Winners for our work at VIVA Torquay.
