Negotiated a great deal with my team fitting the floors. Our entire bungalow now has this gorgeous flooring. We have a few rugs but mostly just like to see the grain effect. It's been great with the animals too.

Neil also gave me advice on what glue and trowels to use. Excellent customer service despite knowing he wasn't going to fit.

Citizens Advice Torbay (CAT) is a local independent charity. We celebrate 85 years of serving our community this year and we decided to mark this anniversary by refurbishing our very tired premises in Paignton. Flooring Matters responded to our plea for help and provided new floor covering throughout our offices. It has given our Citizens Advice Centre a new lease of life and the different colours and patterns used in each room are fresh and vibrant. Led by Maisie Williams, Social Housing Project Manager and her team the work was wholly completed with commercial off cuts and unused flooring tiles. Not only does this contribute to their sustainability objectives but delivers a community project that will change the working experience for our volunteers and provide a warm welcome for our clients. We recently had Flooring Matters lay new ULT flooring for us following the removal of some internal walls in our house. From start to finish the responsiveness, attention to detail and the level of professionalism was exceptional. Our job was a bit difficult requiring a "matching up" of the new flooring and an existing carpet. The installers Sturt & Tory were incredible reflecting those same attributes as Flooring Matters. We did a competitive tendering process and although Flooring Matters were more expensive it was well worth paying that little bit extra to get the outcome we have. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Flooring Matters if you have a ULT flooring requirement.
