A Real Home Transformation in Devon

If you’re looking for inspiration, take a look at one of our recent projects:

This project shows how Unnatural Flooring can be used throughout an entire home to create a consistent, natural look while still being practical for everyday living.

We installed the New England range in Woodstock across multiple areas including the lounge diner, hallway, stairs and landing. The result was a seamless, warm and durable finish, perfectly suited to a busy household.

Perfect for Stairs, Hallways and Living Spaces

Unnatural Flooring works beautifully in areas that need both style and strength. It is especially popular for stairs, landings, hallways and open-plan living spaces.
Its textured appearance adds depth and character, while its durability makes it ideal for high-traffic areas.

Woven Vinyl Flooring for Bathrooms, Kitchens, Gyms and Commercial Spaces

Alongside their sisal-look ranges, Unnatural Flooring also offers stylish woven vinyl flooring designed for areas where durability and moisture resistance are essential.

• These ranges are ideal for:
• Bathrooms and en suites
• Kitchens and utility rooms
• Home gyms
• Offices and commercial spaces
• Reception areas and breakout spaces

Woven vinyl combines the textured, design-led appearance of natural flooring with the practical benefits of vinyl, making it comfortable underfoot, easy to maintain and suitable for areas where traditional natural fibres may not be practical.

Many woven vinyl ranges are also castor chair safe, making them an excellent option for home offices and commercial working environments where office chairs are regularly used. It’s a practical, hard-wearing flooring solution that still delivers a stylish, contemporary finish.

Unnatural Flooring FAQs

What is Unnatural Flooring made from?

Unnatural Flooring is made from man-made fibres designed to replicate the look of natural materials like sisal, seagrass and wool. This gives you the appearance of natural flooring with improved durability and easier maintenance.

Is Unnatural Flooring better than sisal or seagrass?

It depends on your needs. Natural flooring like sisal and seagrass looks great but can stain easily and be harder to clean.
Unnatural Flooring is a more practical alternative, especially for busy homes, as it is more resistant to stains, easier to maintain and generally more durable.

Is Unnatural Flooring suitable for stairs?

Yes, it is one of the most popular choices for stairs.
It works particularly well as a fitted stair carpet or stair runner, often finished with a contrasting border for a more bespoke look. It is durable enough to handle heavy foot traffic.

Can Unnatural Flooring be used in high-traffic areas?

Yes. It is designed to perform well in high-traffic areas such as hallways, landings and living spaces, making it a great choice for family homes.

Is Unnatural Flooring easy to clean?

Yes, it is much easier to clean than natural fibre flooring.
Most ranges are designed to be stain-resistant and can be cleaned with regular vacuuming and spot cleaning, making them ideal for homes with pets or children.
