Approved Flooring Contractors

In 2021, Flooring Matters SW LTD have been successful in securing places on two Frameworks in the South West. We are now approved flooring contractors for Devon County Council and Westward Housing Group.

Firstly, we gained a place on the Devon and Somerset Standing List of Approved Suppliers (SLoAC). Devon County Council use this set of pre-qualified contractors to carry out building projects of between £5,000 and £2,000,000 in any or all of 15 geographic sub areas of Devon and Somerset.

Recently we were also selected as one of three Flooring Contractors for Westward Housing Minor Works Framework. Contractors are required to carry out minor works and maintenance to Westward Housing Group properties as and when required on a call-off basis.

Make a Stand

As approved flooring contractors, Flooring Matters are now proudly supporting the Westward Housing Group, “Make a Stand” campaign.
The Make a Stand pledge was originally developed by the Chartered Institute of Housing in partnership with Women’s Aid and the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance. It was created to encourage housing organisations to make a commitment to support people experiencing domestic abuse.

Domestic abuse is one of the biggest issues in society today. Every week 2 women are killed by their partner or ex-partner, and it is estimated that around 2 million people are affected each year.

We provide services to Westward and we have signed our pledge in support of #makeastand.
