Rockfish Restaurant – Brixham

What We Did

In our ongoing collaboration with the esteemed Mitch Tonks, we recently had the privilege of enhancing the Rockfish Restaurant in Brixham, Devon, with new flooring as part of their latest refurbishment.

This project was marked by the installation of Amtico Dry Teak LVT flooring, intricately accented with a black feature strip, skillfully designed to mimic the classic appearance of ship decking. This choice not only adds a distinct maritime flair but also resonates with the coastal charm of Brixham.

In the bar walk area, we made a bold statement by laying Amtico Echo Ink flooring. The deep grey-blue and cream hues create a striking visual impact, perfectly complementing the restaurant’s nautical theme. The addition of a compass design on the floor further underscores this motif, seamlessly tying together the maritime atmosphere.

The entrance of the restaurant received special attention too, where we meticulously sanded and sealed the wooden herringbone floor, preserving its natural beauty and charm.

Our work in Brixham didn’t stop there. We also installed Altro safety flooring, Altro Whiterock cladding, and Altro resin screed at the local Fish Market, continuing our commitment to enhancing Brixham’s local businesses with high-quality flooring solutions.

Additionally, our partnership with Mitch Tonks and his team extends beyond Rockfish Brixham. We’ve been involved in exciting projects like the Terrazo tiling at the Seahorse in Dartmouth and the refurbishments of Rockfish restaurants in Torquay and Exmouth. Each project has been an opportunity to blend functionality with aesthetic appeal, creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also embody the spirit of their locations.
